The ATSsim Suite is a full-spectrum, web-based, versatile disaster training and exercise platform which provides users with simulated training environments which are realistic and scalable to meet the needs of the user. ATSsim Training focuses on the overall training environment and operational picture, while ATSsim Media was created to replicate social media outlets, traditional media, and websites to create a robust virtual information environment for training purposes. These ATSsim platforms are able to seamlessly integrate with one another, creating a dynamic training atmosphere that allows users to see both the operational and informational picture as a whole.

Our company is powered by an exceptional team of dedicated professionals who consistently drive innovation, excellence, and client success through their expertise and passion.

At the intersection of experience, innovation, and global defense cooperation stands Korey J. Hinkle, Field Service Representative (FSR) Team Lead for Fires and Combined Arms Maneuver in Latvia. As part of ATS’s growing presence in the European theater, Korey plays a critical role in strengthening the Latvian Armed Forces and their integration into NATO’s regional defense framework.

With a decorated 23-year career as a Fires NCO in the U.S. Army, Korey brings unmatched expertise to his current mission: training, advising, and recommending the use of artillery support within Latvia’s national defense plan and NATO’s Multi-National Division North. His work directly supports the development of a unified, combined arms approach to modern deterrence.

Korey’s proudest accomplishments with ATS reflect his technical proficiency and operational foresight. He led the international integration, installation, and training of a Field Artillery Tactical Data System—a major milestone in digital modernization. His efforts also contributed to upgrading the M109A5OE 155mm howitzer to a fully digitized gun system with extended range, and helped secure a HIMARS contract for the Latvian Armed Forces, scheduled for 2027/2028.

Off the battlefield, Korey is a dedicated father to 20-year-old twins and an avid enthusiast of weight training and biking. Based in Latvia, he enjoys the opportunity to travel throughout Europe and appreciates the hospitality and culture of his host country.

Korey believes in the power of persistence: “There is a solution to every problem; you just have to find it,” he shares. He’s also passionate about causes that promote cancer research and unbiased education. While he once considered a career in teaching, Korey realized that his military background offered a more impactful and rewarding path—one where he could teach others through action, mentorship, and lived experience.

When asked about ATS’s mission, Korey says, “The company offers comprehensive capabilities with room to expand and diversify—especially within the European theater.” With leaders like Korey, that vision is clearly in capable hands.
