As a Veteran Owned Small Business, ATS takes duty seriously. Because serving is important, employees enjoy up to 10 days paid leave when participating in required military training.
Civic duty is equally important and ATS offers employees up to 40 hours paid leave while serving on a jury.
Employees receive up to 3 days paid leave for the death of an immediate family member.
