HAMPTON, VA – Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS), is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded the Enterprise Training Services Contract (ETSC) Task Order (TO) to support the 3rd Battalion – 353rd Regiment.
The 3-353rd Regiment trains Security Force Assistance (SFA) Teams and Advisors for overseas operations. Training develops tailored, scaled, regionally focused, and culturally based advisor skills, combat skills, and SFA skills to increase the effectiveness of General Purpose Forces, who train and develop Host Nations to enhance the realism and relevance of training events for deploying SFA Teams and Advisors. In addition, the Regiment provides training and assistance in military related fields to strengthen warfighter skills required to successfully perform mission requirements and bolster U.S. foreign relations and national security objectives. Exercise support to the Army and partner nations is also crucial to ensuring the effectiveness of training readiness of current and future operations. ATS will provide the 3-353rd Regiment with contract personnel with the applicable cultural background, language background, and experience to serve as senior and basic role players during training events required to help the Regiment meet these objective.
