Applied Training Solutions (ATS) successfully supported FUERZAS AMIGAS 25, an integrated multinational exercise conducted August 18–22, 2025, at Fort Bliss Simulation Center, Fort Bliss Mission Training Complex, Fort Bliss, TX.
The exercise brought together U.S. Army North (USARNORTH), the Mexican Military, and downtrace elements to test multinational processes, strengthen Theater Security Cooperation, and prepare leaders for the challenges of All-Hazards Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) missions. ATS provided the ATSsim Training (Constructive Simulation) environment, delivering a realistic, cloud-based simulation that replicated multinational force activities, force flow, supply distribution, and friendly force tracking. ATSsim also stimulated COP tools of record—including MAVEN SS/GAIA, JADC2, and JACOP—ensuring an immersive and dynamic training environment.
The exercise featured two World Cup 2026–based scenarios:
• A simulated incident at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles
• A cross-border incident at Estadio BBVA in Monterrey, Mexico
These scenarios challenged command elements to conduct joint Command and Control (C2) and enhance cross-border coordination in response to large-scale events.
The multinational command successfully demonstrated the ability to coordinate across borders, strengthen interoperability, and prepare for future real-world contingencies.
As a leader in emergency preparedness training and readiness, ATS continues to deliver innovative, experience-based solutions to help local, state, federal, and multinational partners protect communities.
