Charles Anderson, January 2024 ATS Employee Spotlight

To start 2024, we would like to focus the #ATSEmployeeSpotlight on someone who has been with us for 10 years this month, Charles Anderson. Charles is the Mission Command Information System Training Lead and Site Lead at Fort Cavazos, Texas.

Since beginning with ATS in 2014, Charles says his biggest accomplishment was leading the development and execution of the Mission Command Digital Master Gunners Course for III Corps and Fort Hood. He stated he and his team conducted DMG courses over a four-year span and the immediate feedback received on how the training made a positive improvement to their organizations was incredible.

“Providing simulation environments to train an audience to react to situations they may encounter, both government and civilian, is paramount,” he says and believes the work ATS provides is awesome.

Charles spent 26 years in the U.S. Army and retired as a First Sergeant. He has a wife, four children and a granddaughter he enjoys.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys anything that involves fishing. He says one day he would like to learn how to play the guitar. The last song Charles listened to was Al Green’s ‘Love and Happiness.’

We appreciate the hard work and dedication Charles has given to ATS over the last ten years. Thank you, Charles!
