What is your job at ATS?

Exercise Design & Control Specialist II

What is your favorite thing about working at ATS?

Training and working with members of the National Guard in units across the country – some of which have become lifelong friends.  ATS also provides the flexibility necessary for me to be successful at work, at home and in my career with the West Virginia Army National Guard.

What do you consider your biggest accomplishment while working for ATS?

It’s hard to single out one thing but I would have to say that working with the software development team to help formulate Verity into a product that meets the needs of the NGB Team’s exercises was especially rewarding – it made me feel as though my input was valuable and that I was a vital part of moving the company forward.

What do you think about the work ATS does for the military and emergency response communities?

I believe that the work we do has helped bring the military and emergency response communities together.   We help provide a training environment that allows for learning through technology – which is beneficial in several ways.

What might your colleagues be surprised to learn about you?

I quit drinking soda in June of 2012 for no reason at all – one of the worst decisions of my life because I love soda, but since it has been so long, I must see it through.
