Rapid Dynamic Analytical Capability (RDAC®)
RDAC Database™ The RDAC Database™ incorporates disparate geospatial datasets into a Critical Infrastructures Key Resources (CIKR) database and a refined Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) database to provide a greatly increased level of fidelity in the analytical data model. The RDAC Database™ structure is aligned with the National Infrastructure Protection Plan and the Urban Areas Security Initiative. The RDAC® CIKR database and the UASI database contain a “National-Level” dataset for the United States, with more detailed information for identified sites (60+) across the country. Pre- existing and new geospatial datasets can be created and integrated into the RDAC Database™s as designated by the end-user. Combining the RDAC® CIKR and RDAC® UASI databases with detailed terrain and imagery files generates a baseline for training, planning, assessment, operations, and response. The RDAC Database™ will provide a highly-refined geospatial baseline and generate situational awareness. This is accomplished by fusing available data into a normalized ontology for analysis and dissemination. The RDAC Database™ takes volumes of datasets in a variety of formats and turns the information into a visual representation which is easy to analyze and understand. Within the CIKR and UASI databases, data can be used to spatially identify CIKR deficiencies. Thedata structure will provide a platform for predictive or actual threat and vulnerability assessment analytics. The products can be distributed to a COP, Virtual Environment, or Simulation. Therefore, the database structure can provide valuable intelligence and analytical results to decision makers.
