COMPENSATION


ATS’ aim is to provide competitive salaries in accordance with the location of the opportunity and the requirements of the position. Employees are evaluated regularly to reward those who perform exceptionally.

VACATION & ILLNESS


Eligible employees are able to accrue paid time off for vacation and sickness.
ATS observes ten (10) holidays every year (unless contractual requirements specify otherwise):

MILITARY LEAVE & JURY DUTY


  • As a Veteran Owned Small Business, ATS takes duty seriously. Because serving is important, employees enjoy up to 10 days paid leave when participating in required military training.
  • Civic duty is equally important and ATS offers employees up to 40 hours paid leave while serving on a jury.


BEREAVEMENT LEAVE


  • Employees receive up to 3 days paid leave for the death of an immediate family member.
